“Cheerful and well appointed cottage just steps from a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed walking to Main Street Hyannis with its fun shops and delicious array of restaurants. Steve, our host, was very attentive and checkin in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go again to this property.”

“We were looking for a low-key cottage with water access in a quiet location, and the Boathouse Loft met our needs perfectly! This property is beautiful and we loved looking out at the pond and kayaking on it. It's also a perfect location for bird watching, on the pond and at other sites just short drives away. Also very easy to drive to beaches on both the north and south shores of Dennis.There are numerous restaurants less than a 20 minute drive away, as well as grocery and drug stores, and……

“The description is exactly as stated and just as wonderful as it sounds! If you want a little romantic getaway or a little bit of solitude, then this is the place. It has exactly what you need and so much more...the constant sound of the waves were my favorite. You can hear them whether the windows are open or closed so don't let the off season stop you! “Could use some updates and repairs but overall a nice cottage close to the ocean / beach, shopping and restaurants. Outdoor shower was great and nice hot water! Furniture in living space could be better. More comt seating and the table and chairs inside weren't needed and just took up space. Extra countertop would be good as it was hard to cook and the stove needs to be leveled. Some kind of high top bar with stools would have been great and a different arrangement with the living room……

“Great stay at this bright, airy, cozy cottage. We enjoyed coffee and happy hour on the deck overlooking the river and boats each day. Hated to leave!”

“Small cabin, refrigerator went out before we realized and we lost food. Heater was red tagged, fortunately we did not need it on. Window air conditioner leaked terribly, stuffed a towel around the bottom to stop the gale force wind from coming in. The beach was at the bottom of a bluff we no access except to climb the fence next door!”
