“poor of service and unprofessionalism. Not having the place cleaned from the previous people that sated or as advertised (two twin beds and one twin futon and as shown in the pictures there is only one bed and sofa). Fingernail on the walls and fake eye lashes on the table. That is very gross and not up to code. The tv didn’t have a remote either. I had to wait outside at night in the cold because y’all didn’t check the apartment after the previous person stayed. One bed only and one “sofa……

“Walking distance from the train station, which was awesome! The place is very clean and looks fairly new. A bit of noise in the morning due to some works being done at the building or close by. However, that wasnt a huge issue as you wake up early when on holidays to maximise your day🙂.”

“Getting to this accommodation meant walking from the train station for 8-10 mins. The area has small eating restaurants, and park spaces (which was nice after being in Tokyo without them). The accommodation itself, you have to walk 4 floors of steep stairs, the rooms are somewhat nice, and the toilet and shower are rather small, so if you're tall you might have a problem with it. For the price you pay you get what you get :)”

“Location is quite remote, no restaurants nearby that open after 8pm . The hotel provides BBQ service and have kitchen facilities inside cottage. The rock onsen is good but small. Very friendly people at front desk.”

“My family stayed at Rinka's lovely two-storey home in Osaka for 3 nights in December. We received impeccable communication prior to arriving so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. We were provided with everything our family needed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, with a separate bedroom for each of us. The home is within walking distance to a train station as well as some great shopping and restaurants. If we are ever in Osaka again, we will not hesitate to stay here……
