“House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!”

“This bungalow/cottage in the Rose District of Broken Arrow was in a perfect location for our trip to Tulsa. The home was newly renovated and as described in its listing. It is close to the Rose District and its shops and restaurants. We would happily stay here again.”

There was lots of attention to detail like marking of wall switches and wonderful suggestions for dining and adventures in Tulsa. It made for a great relaxing yet engaging weekend.My only suggestion would be an umbrella to shade the beautiful front porch so it could be used to sip coffee in the mornings without the sun in your face. ”

“Oakhaven Cottage is truly a home away from home. This is my second time staying here and will be my go to place when coming to Tulsa! ”

“We were in area to visit family. This rental was in a perfect location for not only visiting family but we could easily find shopping and things to do. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We slept well and the amenities were just what we needed. Communication with Nick was almost immediate and if we had a question or an issue he took care of it. When we come back for another visit, we will definitely book this place again. ”

“Staying at this property was like staying at your Grandma's house. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but the house is older and has not seen recent renovations. The inside is comfortable and filled with antiques, but the beds and linens are older. It is clean and well-kept, but not up-to-date. The home had plenty of space for our family of five including 3 different tables for eating meals and playing games. The washing machine and dryer work, but we did not use any of the kitchen……

“So it’s a “in the back of the main house” cottage. Owners living several hundred feet away. A plus for me was the interaction with the owners goats, for me it’s a selling point, but for some that might be unwanted. The way the furniture is stuck in there is not comfort or tv friendly. The tv needs put over around the wasted space under the stairs and the sitting corner made more natural. It’s a small living space that needs optimized for comfort like someone is living there. The sweet narrow……
