Our home must be left in a reasonable state: Damage, spills or stains must be reported and you may be charged for replacement costs or extra cleaning
Any extra guests who stay over, above the number of guests paid for in the reservation, will result in a penalty cost of $120/person/night.

The property photos made rooms, particularly lounge look a lot bigger than what it was. This was a very small property for 8 adults. Liked the location within Hastings.
