"We didn’t get to stay, we had a medical emergency. The man at the front desk, I’m terrible with names but I want to say Thomas I hope that’s correct. He has the absolute best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel, I appreciated everything he did to help us and just be kind. Hard to find these ..."
