“This cute cottage was perfect for our stay - a water view from inside and from a patio - with the beach just down a short path. Steve was helpful and available for inquiries, clearly interested in making sure our stay was a good one. It was! ”

“We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!”

“This was an absolutely dreamy home in a location that could not have been more perfect. The home is gorgeous, each bedroom looks like it came out of a magazine, and the views are unbeatable. The host was so pleasant and responsive. We’d return in a second. ”

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I just went to book this place again for next year and the price has been raised to $600 a night. So sad, I wanted to go back but not at that price. ”

“House needs some TLC! Lots of potential! Would have been nice to have a welcome binder with instructions on the home. Was disappointing from the listing. Not all expected equipment worked in the house. Curb appeal was poor and could be greatly improved with painting front door and a good day of landscaping. Cleanliness could have been better!”

“We loved everything about the place, waking up to morning sunrises over cape cod bay, the house was clean and bed was comfy, location was great as it was great home base for us to explore Plymouth, Lexington, Concord, Boston, Nantucket, Martha Vineyard, Cape Cod. Located one mile from Grocery, CVS, Restaurants and Gas station and easy to get on main highways within 3 miles. ”

“What a charming old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host Ed couldn't have been nicer and greeted us as we arrived. He showed us around and told us about the house. The location was perfect for us to visit our son who is working in the area. House was super clean and our two small under 20lb. (noisy) dogs were welcome. The dresser in the bedroom is the same antique dresser I have at home!! I would stay again. We had fun watching the wild turkeys that were nearby. Thanks again Ed.”
