“I am not sure what went wrong. I booked the hotels in Feb. for 3 executive suite and in the day of check-in 1. Hotel said that there is no booking record 2. After contacting Hotels. com Cust Sve- hotel too resend the booking,, then Lemon tree said they have record but can only provide 2 rooms I/o 3 rooms as they don’t have enough executive suite 3. “This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again.”

“I stayed at three different places in Vrindavan .This was the best !!! Very quiet, close to the center ( Iskcon Mandir) .Excellent front desk staff. I lost my cell phone,the staff was SO helpful.
