The hotel room itself wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t terrible. Some minor water stains on the ceiling, no big deal. The dayshift staff was very pleasant. However when we arrived a little after 3 there was no receptionist in sight. We rang the bell, we called, no answer. We waited until 5:30 am to see the receptionist come from upstairs, he was likely asleep in a room. After driving 10 hours, waiting over 2 hours to check in was not ideal.
