“Kommunikation war mühsam, trotz schriftlicher Kommunikation via Hotels.com-Chat wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin zwecks CheckIn angerufen um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange.”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Chantal et Mario, qui se sont montrés très accueillants avec l’ensemble de notre famille : enfant, chiens et adultes !La maison est très agréable à vivre et conforme aux photos. Tout était prévu pour que nous puissions profiter de notre séjour. Nous avons pu bénéficier du jardin (trampoline, balançoire et barbecue) et de la piscine pour nous rafraîchir, ce qui a été apprécié par l’ensemble de la famille.
