Oh boy, where to start when you drive in the hotel entrance is literally crumbling down with caution tape and, and rubble. This is a Supreme hazard that the department of building needs to investigate. Once we called to get basic info about the pool which I will get in a second. We were Greeted with the most abysmal customer service, they do not say hello or greet you answered me with one word responses. Now the check in same no customer service no greeting by some teenager with no social skills. The room was freezing cold even though we had the hvac to the highest setting. The bathroom smaller than a phone booth. And the tiles were dirty mold on the shower head and the grout. The ceiling is literally falling down because it is cheap Styrofoam tile with no vent at all. We tried to go to the "heated pool" and this was colder than outdoor water, the jacuzzi dry as a bone. If the low price is attracting you here saves yourself the headache and financial burden because also they will try to steal your security deposit and ALSO they have a giant sign on the front desk saying they will charge a $250 dollar fee for smoking in the room, which they tried to charge immediately after we checked out, which is ludicrous because we are non smokers, and even if we were were would not be foolish enough to smoke in a hotel room. And WE left a tip for the cleaning crew!!! Upon calling back we we berated and judged and accused of smoking in the room by whoever picked up the phone they purposel.
