"Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great."

"我們訂的是湖景含早餐，但分配給我們的房間不在主建築物內，還要請人搬行李至山上的第三住宿區，（走路至少五分鐘至十分鐘），而且有樓梯要自己爬，相當辛苦，且房間內浴室內並無設置安全扶手，且有一間房都無浴缸，無法泡澡，雖有陽台可欣賞湖光山色，美中不足"

"Der erste Eindruck des Hauses war super. Nach genauerem hinsehen verging die gute Laune. Spülmaschine war noch voll. Gläser im Schrank kaputt. Coctailmaker klebrig. Pfanne total zerkratzt und Flusen, Krümel etc. auf dem Fußboden. Das versprochene Starterset mit Putzlappen, Geschirrtuch ,Spüli und ..."
