“Dieses Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage und ist rundum nur zu empfehlen! Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch der Sauna- und Schwimmbadbereich einladend. Für den Wellnessbereich hatten wir leider nicht genug Zeit. “Such a beautiful and very clean property in a stunning spot. It was convenient to get to and near Kitzbuel where we wanted to ski. The rooms are very nice and recently remodeled. So cute! Perfect get-away. ”

“We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who……

“Fantastisk sted - boede der i mange dage. Høj kvalitet - maden incl. morgenmad - var fremragende. Familien var bare så serviceminded - flinke og rare personer. Hotellet lå bare så skønt og vågnede op hver morgen til bjergudsigt - bedste ferie i mange år. Næste gang til Østrig - så er det her vi skal bo.”
