“这是一家家庭经营的旅店，很大，房间很多。在距离新天鹅堡不远的小镇上。为了看新天鹅堡，我们选择住在这里，酒店的男主人貌似很和善，但在实际安排房间时，明明我们对面的山景房是空的，他也没有安排我们入住，而是把我们安排在走廊这头，人来人往，都经过我们房间窗口，很吵闹。我们连住两晚，他居然不给安排打扫房间，而且毛巾也不给换，还是我去要的才给了一条。他的理由是，我们房间有狗，怕狗跑，所以不给打扫，一天下来厕所都有味道了，感觉很差。我开始还谢谢他想的周到，可是后来我们在其他酒店住都是打扫房间的，从来没有这样的理由。”

“Hier kann man wieder aufschlagen. Toller Service, hochwertiges Frühstück und Säfte, Spabereich sehr gut, zur Therme bissle mehr als 1 km,hatten ruhige Zeit verwischt, zum entschleunigen perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.Und der Bayernburger war top!!”

“Beautiful boutique hotel .. one of the best that I have visited. Lovely location on the river, nice views. We had a mezzanine room on the top floor bedroom with a bathroom above. Very clean. Location very good for access to the old town. Lots of Parking on site. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a fantastic Greek restaurant in the building which is not managed by the hotel.( However,this is where you take breakfast). When we visited the breakfast was very busy and some items were……

“No air-conditioning in the room. Only one door/window in the room. Next door was smoking at the balcony, and the smoke went into our room.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, the adjacent area was nice and silent. Very near Near Swan Castle. The hotel has no lift made me feel inconvenient and difficult to move the luggage from ground floor to upstair. Wi-fi was at additional cost.”
