“Wonderful location and apartment room with restaurants and walking location. Only issue is it is located in a pedestrian area so difficult to call uber for pickups and had to walk toward an area outside the zone. The apartment had everything needed and comfortable except ac felt unaccustomed to cooling the room so windows opened until early in the morning where noise was heard from the deliveries trucks. Otherwise recommended ”

“Basel - it was a blast. This was my Eurovision accommodation and it was just perfect. The room was very quiet; perfect for long party nights, you can sleep the whole day without noises from other appartements around. The restaurant had very nice waiters and delicious quality! Only the very reactive communication for the check in was not that good and I didn’t get a Basel Card. The apartment has many do‘s and don‘t rules. Overall, I recommend it! Thanks!”

“Der Blick vom Balkon war jederzeit etwas Besonderes. Egal welches Wetter herrschte, konnte man sich nicht sattsehen. Glücklicherweise überwog das gute Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts. Die großzügige Wohnung ist bis in den letzten Winkel aufwendig dekoriert. Es gibt wirklich nichts, was es nicht gibt (ausser vielleicht einer Duschwand). Wir haben die Zeit im Südschwarzwald sehr genossen. ”

“Wenn man Geheimtipps als solche belassen möchte, muss man sie eigentlich schlecht machen. Deswegen sollte man diese Unterkunft einfach total schlecht machen. Das wäre aber eine dicke Lüge. Super nette Gastgeber, tolle Lage, absolute Ruhe, Haus bestens eingerichtet. Beste Einweisung durch die Gastgeber, sie stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sehr nette Empfang mit Blumenstrauß und kleinem Küchlein. Einige sehr nette Gespräche geführt. Kurz um: da ist der Geheimtipp dahin. Wir kommen wirklich……

“Wir haben den Geburtstag von meinem Mann im Stellwerk gefeiert. Zuerst hat unsere Tochter /Schwiegersohn mit Kinder übernachtet für 3 Nächte und anschliessend ist unsere andere Tochter/Schwiegersohn für eine Nacht im Stellwerk logiert. “It's very closed to the train station. Just 150 meter.And the hotel provide the free bus tickets for each guest. There is a small mini bar in the hotel that provide some soft drinks free charge. I also had stayed in Victory hotel which just beside the hotel. Both are similar.”

A bit far but very nice hotel
"It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions"
