“The Cutler was excellent. Spacious and clean. Adequate cutlery, dishes, etc..”

“The apartment was an attached add on to the main house. The apartment only had door handle locks so safety was a concern. The parking was less than ideal since there were no clear designations and on one occasion, the main house had at least 4 vehicles parked randomly so our large SUV did not fit. Unfortunately I can’t give it an excellent rating but it definitely has potential. ”

I waited an hour in a half and nobody could get a hold of him i inboxed him and still nothing. I had to find another place to stay. And it has been over 24 hours and still have not heard from the owner. The receptionist could not helpe nor get me a refund. Soooo upset...terrible terrible terrible”

“No cable access.”

“We came to McAllen for a tennis tournament. The location and the layout were great. A few things, a few lamps did not have light bulbs in them. The towel racks were broken in both bathrooms. There was not a dishwasher, which I should have read but I did not. Oh, and there is no local channels for TV that I could figure out.”

“Great AC for 100+ weather. Clean, god bed. Supplies all there. Contact with host was initially difficult, WiFi information given wasn’t working, and broken items such as curtain bracket & closet pulls as well as mustiness made it less desirable. The price was right for what we got though.”
