“Very nice small resort. We stayed in the old chalets and they were ok all though a bit worn particularly the bathroom. If you prefer the modern and new alternative book that. What particularly made our stay special was Mr Bishnu narayan padhee who took very good care of us in the restaurant. Always there to help and offering nothing but the best of service. “The property seemed to be still under construction. Equipment in Common Amenity Room like Carrom Board was of pure quality. Other table games were miniature, low-end versions. Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels. Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager....
