This chalet should absolutely have a pour-over alternative to K-cups - a carafe and some coffee filters. C'mon, good coffee is a basic necessity.The unit is also missing some expected staples, like sugar for crissakes and vinegar. There was foil but no plastic wrap. You ought to have a checklist. You seem to do well with the cleaning……
