“Very clean and well kept home. The owner stopped by to make sure our stay was going OK and to see if we needed anything. Enjoyed spending time in Port Hawkesbury and sitting by the water at the nearby rocky shore. Owner has good directions on how to get to get to other nearby sandy beaches.”

John and Kathryn were very friendly hosts, they shared lots of information about the area’s highlights and accommodated us with kayaks and a lobster steamer. “This property was exactly what we were looking for. Stunning views and far away from the hustle of city life. The house was quaint and enough room for seven of us. There is no central air conditioning, just a heat pump on the first floor but opening the windows to the ocean air as Todd suggested was more than sufficient to cool the rooms down in the night. Todd, the owner, was great and always answered our questions quickly. I would recommend staying here if you want to get away from the……
