“I booked a room via Expedia and they gave the room away to someone else so I had to stayed in the car for the night. Terrible experience to say the least and no refund.”
“It’s a nice resort. But I think it’s best suited for family with children and married couples or if you want to impress your date. All the staffs were nice and helpful. The best thing thing was to see the lake and enjoyed it from my window especially when I wake up in the early morning. But I had one big issue that am trying to solve still they charged me again which was inconvenient even though I told them my reservation was already paid online obviously on your website. But they didn’t charge……
