“Our stay was ok, however the central heating switched off every 15 minutes and tripped the consumer unit, i had to reset it many times to keep warm in such a lovely cottage, this spoilt it for us unfortunately. If the heating had stayed on we would rate this cottage very highly. We contacted the customer service office many times over the week but the problem was not resolved and nobody seemed to understand the issue, they just came in and reset the central heating switch in the consumer unit……
