“This place suited us well. We stayed here for 11 nights so can tell you the neighborhood is safe, beds are comfortable, the layout is spacious and the couch is very comfortable. The hot tub unfortunately did not work while we were there and we were surprised by the pool guy suddenly in the back yard, but all in all it was wonderful! Our truck broke down so we needed to have some extra time and the hosts went above and beyond for us. Hope to visit again! Thank you”

“Near enough Lake Tawakoni to be convenient but far from neighbors. Nice big cabin with plenty of room and amenities. Property manager was great to work with and help us out. Will plan to stay again.”

“The home was clean, and had everything we needed. Large enough for our family. It was peaceful to fish and overall quiet. The road leading in is very rough. Potholes and broken rd. We were in an SUV and Truck but a smaller car would have issues. The patio furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Had cowebs and dusty. Quick clean and it was fine to sit and read on. There is a large table outside to sit and eat. That was nice to enjoy the weather. Overall we would stay here again.……

“We had a group of 8 adults and there was more than enough room to accommodate our entire group. The house was clean and fully stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We used the fishing dock and was able to secure our boat in the small cove. We caught several large catfish and enjoyed sitting in the back patio at night The fishing dock is not lighted so we did have to use our own lighting to fish at night. The host showed great……

“We were at the lake for a high school fishing tournament and stayed the night at this rental. Great location with a boat ramp nearby. Plenty of room to park my truck and boat. Plus everyone had plenty of room to relax. This rental was great!”
