Downstairs are several more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms.The house is only 10 to 15 mins from Hastings, Havelock North and 25mins from Napier.If we come to this area again I won't even bother to look at what else is available.”

“This is a very beautiful, comfortable home in a quiet residential neighbourhood, with close access to the village center and nice restaurants there, as well as easy access to roads in all directions to vineyards and other local attractions. The house itself is clearly used solely as a rental property. The living room and deck are very comfortable, but bedrooms are pretty spartan: just a bed and an overhead lightbulb in each, but very little wall decor, no bedside tables, no lamps, no……
