“Truly a "getaway" in a peaceful setting. Host is nearby, if needed, in a beautiful historic farmhouse, but our stay felt quite "private" nonetheless. Very spacious lodgings in The Shouse would easily accommodate larger family groups. TV viewing space and game-playing space for all. ”

“This place is a true gem and the hosts are wonderful including leaving us a homemade treat to enjoy on our trip! The pictures don't do it justice, they have thought of everything. The place was so comfortable and the blankets so cozy. It fit our family perfectly and was just outside of town. We had a great fire in the firepit and enjoyed the large table to gather and play games. One thing I loved was that there were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags!
