“This is a great place. We had 3 families staying here w kids for our local "Friends and Family gathering" at the Catawba park. Downstairs has beds for those that need quiet space and there is a great deck where we saw a bunch of humming birds as well as turkeys and deer. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and lots of places for people to hang out and play cards in the evening.”

“One of the best places we have stayed! The cabin is stunningly beautiful. The pictures do not tell the story, this is a place you have to experience. Very private, right on the water, nature everywhere. We had geese and deer in the lawn, hummingbirds flying around, turtles all around the docks. Place came with 3 kayaks and a paddle boat. The fishing was out of this world. After 4 days we lost count in the 70s. We caught crappie, bluegill, perch, and bass. DNR says no bass in lake...but we caught……

“This was our third year staying at this property and every year keeps getting better and better! Our kids love it here and so do the adults. The firepit and screened in porch were enjoyed the most. ”

“This little cabin was perfect for our trip. The beds were cozy and comfy me and my husband both slept great. It’s right on a small lake where we kayaked. We plan to be back with the kids. Also the campground itself was the most peaceful campground we’ve ever been to, we had the windows open the whole time and never heard a peep from the neighbors. ”

“This little cabin was just right for our weekend getaway. The morning view off the lake alone are worth it. The only thing i will say is that the parking situation is a bit tight due the cabin being in an RV park. I don't believe we would have been able to get our truck and boat parked there. Otherwise, its a perfect little cabin getaway. Very, very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. ”

“House looked, felt, and smelled clean. It’s been updated recently, had everything that we needed. They even had decent tp, and provided tissues. Wish we could have stayed longer, maybe next time. This place was perfect for us.”
