“The staff was amazing! The area was quiet. There was a slight hiccup with our hotel keys but housekeeping lettuce in and reported it to the front desk so they had new cards waiting for us when we went back to the front desk. The overall room was clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience was there seem to be some sort of buildup on the shower head which made it spray everywhere getting water all over the floor that I had to clean up. However those are minor pickups and overall because of the……

“still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“The front desk person was amazing and very helpful. This was the first hotel I’ve been to in a long time that was cleaner than the pictures online. The ice machine worked perfect and the beds were very comfortable. And the tv actually worked too and had a pretty good picture. The remotes actually worked for the tvs which is rare for a cheaper hotel. Walmart and most the food places are within 7 minutes. Everything about our stay was great.”
