“We've just returned from an amazing stay in Barn End Cottage. On arrival we were welcomed with some delicious home made scones and locally produced cider which got our trip off to the perfect start. The accomodation itself is gorgeous and has a very traditional cottage style, but comes with all modern amenities plus the added bonus of a gaming room which my daughter loved. The cottage literally has everything you need and more for a perfect holiday (one day we had fresh popcorn for breakfast……

“We had a wonderful, conformable and enjoyable stay at the Jasmine Cottage. Checking in was easy, Caroline, the host guided us ovee the phone. Cottage has beautiful views of the valley from bedrooms, patio, living and dining rooms. Its 2 minutes drive from the local CoOp supermarket and 5 minutes from the beach and local shops. Combe Martin beaches are lovely as,well as Woolacombe beach and the charming town of Lynton that's 20 minutes drive away. Would definitely come back and explore the area……

“The house was cosy .space outside was amazing with walk in woods wildlife pond. Garden was well equipped with plenty of seating. Peaceful location. Host thought of everything to make our stay a place from home . On hand if need be (but not feeling as if being watched ) Dogs had plenty to sniff everytime we walked around the woods and field.Absolutely amazing just what we needed.”

“The pictures were n the sight are deceiving,the property was damp and dirty and we could not stay in it,apparently it was cleaned two weeks prior to our stay,cleaning should have been done the day before,the owner was very uncooperative,and has not issued a refund ,indeed he has ignored my request”
