The kitchen overlooks the open plan living area. The apartment is self-contained with a microwave, jug, toaster, oven, stove, fridge and freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and other cooking appliances provided. A TV, stereo and video have also been provided. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine, sink and dryer. The lounge room has two double sofa seats.
