“The property was as pictured. I did not receive a check-in email, but that was quickly remedied when I contacted the owner. It was located with several other homes/cabins in the area. This cottage is situated above another and shares a driveway with what I would guess would be 3 cottages total. It is not a place I would come to to "get away from it all." I only stayed overnight which was good. I found the bed uncomfortable, too hard for my taste. It was sufficientfor my needs duringthis……

When I booked it, I was never able to get a hold of the management company or the owner to answer questions prior to our stay. “This house was perfect for a quick weekend! There is a small beach by the lake that’s nice for a walk/morning coffee. It’s not a touristy area at all so it’s quiet and peaceful. I would say if you’re looking to be isolated it’s not necessarily for you, as it is in a community of houses, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s definitely still a great location!
