The apartment is adorable, cute and cozy, and everything was provided for us to have 2 great nights. From the decor to the farm-fresh eggs to the provided amenities, it was a perfect place to stay. “Cute place, clean and cozy with a full bath up and half bath on main floor. Nice for 2, maybe three people.Could update the living area furniture. I have a feeling it had not been rented in awhile as the water heater was faulty, and someone else’s food and half eaten Blizzard were in the Freezer. Heat works great, needs a repair or replacement to the water heater. There is no Microwave or fire extinguisher that we could find. The listing is not quite accurate and maybe deceiving: This is not……

“We stayed at this 1 bedroom rental to attend our grandson's Clarion University graduation. The location is very convenient to the University. Quiet, safe, clean neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The rental was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again!”
