“This is a very cute comfortable house with many thoughtful touches throughout. We walked in and all said WOW when we saw how beautiful it was. Our host also went above and beyond with some special birthday surprises! My daughter and good friend and I were hiking 10 falls to celebrate birthdays. “Loved having this home as our home base for a wine tasting weekend! There were 4 of us, and the home felt comfortable for us to have our own spaces. We didn't really utilize the kitchen much since there were restaurants we wanted to try in the area. Loved being walkable to Argyle Tasting Room, Red Hills Market (had breakfast there both mornings) and a 5-10 minute drive from so many wineries in the Dundee Hills. 15-20 minutes to McMinnville also made it easy to access for dinner or popping into……

“Location was convenient for the places I needed to go. The neighborhood seemed quiet. The neighbors in the adjoining duplex/group home were quiet, no problems at all. Parking was off street. I did have some security concerns about the property- window that could not be secured. Host is now aware. Furniture was adequate, not overly comfortable. The host was responsive, arranged to have more toilet paper and paper towels delivered when we got low on supplies. ”
