IMPORTANT: Please drive slowly and respect our neighbors who enjoy peaceful walks. All town roads are ATV routes unless marked.
RUNNING/MOUNTAIN BIKING:
Step out the door and onto scenic trails just 0.5 miles away, leading to over 300 miles of breathtaking mountain biking, ATV, and running paths. Perfect for adventurers of all skill levels!

FISHING PARADISE:
Cast your line from our dock or explore Upper Twin Lake, known for its abundant musky, perch, and bluegill. Create memories with every catch.
SWIMMING FUN:
While McClain Lake is a quiet fishing haven with a mucky bottom, we've added a Lily Pad for safe, fun swimming off the dock. For an extra splash of adventure, head to a nearby island or enjoy a swim from a pontoon.
BOATING OPTIONS:
Bring your boat and enjoy the peaceful no-wake waters of McClain Lake or venture to Upper Twin Lake for wakeboarding and waterskiing fun (11 AM–5 PM). Don’t miss the chance to boat to Black Iron Grill for a lakeside meal.

SUMMER: Plenty of room for 6+ cars.
WINTER: Room for 5 cars; steep driveway requires 4WD to ensure a smooth experience.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Every stay includes exclusive access to the Lake House amenities: hot tub, dock, firepit, grill, kayaks, SUP, and more. Shared features include the EV charger, parking, canoe, and Lily Pad.

Absolutely! Spacious parking and an easy round-about make it hassle-free to bring trailers.
BUG CONTROL?
We regularly treat the property to ensure your stay is comfortable, but a few harmless insects may still visit—it's part of the charm of nature.
DOCK DETAILS?
The dock is about 4 ft deep at the end, perfect for boat docking. It is 20 feet long to accommodate larger boats.
GRILL OPTIONS?
A charcoal smoker/grill combo awaits, ready to help you create unforgettable meals for your loved ones.
PEACEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD:
Enjoy the tranquility of lakefront living, with neighbors 150 ft away, separated by trees. For more action, the Tiger Cat Chain of Lakes is easily accessible.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT?

The primary (booking) guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.

DOG-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT: Feel at home knowing your furry friends are welcome.
GUEST DOGS: $100 cleaning fee/dog. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 2 so we can ensure the resort's dog limit isn’t exceeded.
EXPECTATIONS: Friendly, well-behaved dogs (2+ years old) only to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
