This has been one of the worst experiences that I have ever had! From the very beginning, my experience went downhill. It began with the hostess “not being able to find my reservation” .. then, 10 minutes later, after showing her my confirmation and itinerary number twice, she was able to find it. She then said that someone was already checked into my room under name .. which was impossible as I travelled 4 hours away from home and the only other person on my itinerary was with me. She walked me down to the room to ensure that no one was present in the room. It was empty. Within 2 minutes, we discovered that the the refrigerator was in the process of defrosting, the tv did not work at all (no connection), the walls were dirty, and there was a nice sized spider in the bathtub waiting on us. We made the decision to suck it up because it was after 11pm when we checked in and we are not familiar with the area. That was a terrible idea.. within 5 minutes of finally sitting down from attempting to disinfect the room, we heard a keycard in the door and, had I not put the door chain up, it would’ve swung open due to the clerk assigning our room to another guest !! We were both confused and upset! He apologized and exited. About 10mins yrs later, this same process happened again, but this time with an entire family! Needless to say, we did not get much rest. The problems continued the next morning as we learned that the walls are paper thin and the staff was rude! Very Dissatisfied!
