“This was our first family trip to the poconos. We stayed at the Eliot chalet, it was small and homey. it fit our family of 7 perfectly. The kids had a great time playing on the property and we visited a few of the community amenities. I would reccommend this for a big family. We even brought our dogs!”

A beautiful stay!However, we ran into issues with what they promised was provided:-Cleaning products and empty drink cans were left out, so the cleaning wasn't very thorough prior to our arrival.-There were no towels or toiletries, other than 2 washcloths per bathroom. We would have brought our own, but the website said that they were included. Once I made the management aware around 8am, we were told they would arrive by……
