“The property is in a good location for Bedale and surrounding area. It is well equipped and has a fantastic garden & a very comfortable double bed. However some of the cutlery had to be washed and parking is difficult even with the permit. A new front door may give a better first impression.”

“Loved the location, woodland walk on your doorstep with stunning views. Pub open Wednesday to Sunday offering great food and drink. Dog friendly, amazing! Plus we traveled no more than an 8 mile radius, there’s just so much in your doorstep if you love walking in the countryside and have a dog! Thank you, can’t wait to stay again. Xx ”

“Had a lovely stay at the cottage that felt very much like home. Absolutely beautiful views from the garden. Just wish there had been a bar b q. Perfectly situated to get out and about with a great choice of castles, waterfalls and coffee shops to visit. The host is always on hand if needed.
