This house was so cute. The owner thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. She personalized it with a Happy Anniversary banner. We loved our stay here!”

“A brand new salt box house: it's bright, airy, got loads on windows, and fabulous ceilings (yes, ceilings: I'm a bit of architecture nerd). Visitors should be aware that a salt box design requires a steep staircase, and, yes, the staircase is steep. It's also extremely well lit, girded with rails, and designed with good deep steps with raised edges. I felt safe on it, even when my arthritis meant I had to walk sideways down the steps with both hands on the rail. The house itself is lovely and……

“To begin with, the residence is one of the best we've ever stayed in. The home is warm, charming and eclectic while being up to date with every convenience. We felt so welcomed by the towns people that we were able to join right in with the local activities - very fun, indeed. If you never leave Norman's Cove, there's plenty to do with several hiking trails and endless shores to wander. We found a jut of rock over the water just North of the cove where we could watch the whales come in at dinner……

“North River is stunning! The pictures cannot depict its beauty inside and out! Spacious enough for all 8 of us. Fully equipped with everything we needed. We made good use of the hot tub and pool. We even had an Eagle sitting on our vehicle! The views to the outdoors are beautiful all around! Would definitely stay here again, the next time we visit. ”

“Well we got to the house that we had rented. Unfortunately the house was locked up. The house was not ready for us or anyone. The person who put it up for rent did not communicate to their spouse. Fortunately a neighbor across the road let us stay in her house.”
