“2 couples stayed for a few days to explore Hebden Bridge and surrounding area. The house is beautiful and typical of the area with good size well decorated rooms. A lovely big bathroom and good kitchen. No outside space to speak of but we sat in the small yard one afternoon. “A great house for a large family group. The listing needs correcting because there are four bedrooms (not three) - two kings (correctly described), one queen and one queen with a single above in a bunk arrangement (not two singles). A photo of the fourth bedroom would be helpful in the listing. The cleaning needs some improvement although our first impressions were that it was clean we then found a vape under the sofa cushion, and when retrieving a child's toy we moved the sofa and discovered……

“Lovely property with plenty of room and a nice well kept back garden. Coffee and tea came in handy - little sachets of milk would be even better : ) Plenty of parking around and we could see the Etihad from the loft.”

“We loved our stay here. The house has been completely updated and it’s very comfortable. The rooms are clean, there was plenty of bedding, heating worked great so we weren’t cold and we loved the stackable washer/dryer. Easy walking to fun restaurants and super fun vibe in the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend!”

“This flat is close to the Piccadilly train station, but just far enough that we needed a taxi due to the amount of luggage we had. The flat was great and gave us plenty of space. Steph was very responsive and helpful with my questions. The location is good and you can catch an Uber pretty quickly to get around town. Overall we had a great stay.”

“A great little house in a fantastic location. Close to shops and just around the corner from the tram stops if you're looking to get places without a car. We stayed during the winter and it was warm, cosy and comfortable. The street is quiet and the neighbours lovely. The property manager, Kitan, was easy to reach and very helpful. An overall great stay.”

"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."

"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
