Our location offers proximity to world-renowned ski resorts - Park City and Deer Valley. During the warmer months, explore the perfect outdoor activities at Jordanelle State Park's lake, offering water sports rentals or explore the mountains with numerous hiking and biking trails.



You are renting the townhome on the right as you look at the garages. This is one of two townhouses side by side, so big groups could potentially reserve both units.

Experience a spacious and stylish townhome spanning over 2700 square feet, located just 8 minutes away from Main Street in Park City!

Relax in front of the cozy fireplace or take a dip in the deep soaker tub. This mountain retreat is perfect for accommodating the entire family, featuring four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a 3/4 bath, a powder room, an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private two-car garage.

Your furry friends are also welcome here! To ensure a smooth and aligned experience, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any pets along, as we have a pet policy in place. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to accommodating you and your beloved companions.

We prioritize your safety and ensure professional management of our home. For added security, this property is equipped with exterior security cameras. Please note that occasional visits from landscapers may occur to maintain the property's upkeep. We have biweekly access to the property so we could inspect the hot tub. If that happens, we'll let you know.

Great place for family groups!

What a great place to stay! This house had everything we needed for 10 guests ages 4-68! There is truly something for everyone here, including a separate floor for kids to be loud and play away from the adults. They loved the arcade and game area! All the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the entire space was updated, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated.The location is fantastic, offering a great back play area and view of the mountains, but it is also so close to the fun in Park City and Kimball Junction. Our host was very helpful, answering our initial questions immediately. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

Amazing Property and Stay

Our family of seven stayed at this property for our daughter’s wedding. We truly can’t express how perfect this property was for our week long stay leading into the wedding. We really felt like we were at our home away from home! The decor was lovely and everything was incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with additional touches like extra waters and granola bars that were very appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. The communication could not have been better! We hope we can return and stay again and have more time to explore this beautiful area. Thank you for helping our daughter have a special week!!

Great place for a family get away

Wonderful Vacation Home

The town home was lovely and so beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The kids enjoyed the video games, ping pong table, and hottub. This house was close to Jordnelle and we were able to fit three families (5 adults, 7 kids) comfortably.

Family and Work Retreats

This is a very beautiful property with wonderful proximity to both the Jordanelle Reservoir, Park City, Deer Valley and Heber City, along with everything that goes with those places. The reservation and check in processes were easy peasy and the place was perfect for both the coworkers I stayed with as well as my family who joined me after. Would reserve again without hesitation.

Great weekend getaway!

We stayed at the condo for a weekend getaway, birthday celebration for my husband. It was a fantastic space for our family. My husband and I enjoyed the spacious master bedroom (and amazing en suite bath) and the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds in the basement. The commons area on the main floor was great. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. The game room and hot tub were great. The kids and my husband couldn't wait to set up the ping pong table in the garage. It was a blast! We truly enjoyed our time and we appreciated the owners working with us to extend our stay so that we could enjoy the condo all day on Memorial Day. Thanks so much!

Beautifully New

The home is great quality and beautifully decorated. Lots of extra details that makes the stay very pleasant. It’s a newly constructed home and neighborhood is still under construction. No noise though while we stayed. Upon arrival our code didn’t work. Called management and they helped immediately. About two hours after we had checked in, another party opened the door. It became apparent that this home had been booked twice for the same days. Both parties double checked our reservations and sure enough we both had the same property number for the same dates. We decided to try the adjacent property which had a different house number, but our code worked for that property. This was a management mix up but fortunately the second party was very agreeable to taking the adjacent property. Both parties had the same code though, which wasn't good, but it worked out. We tried to contact management via phone a couple of times to get another code, but never received a return call for that. Overall, everyone in our party really enjoyed staying at this property! All the extras made the big difference!!

Perfect Spot

This is a beautiful area to stay near Park City and Jordanelle. We gathered here as a family to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you'll need for a getaway with friends or family.

Simply Incredible - A Must Book!!

We stayed here with my family on a ski trip (7 adults total). We had plenty of room for all of us and the bedrooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The entire townhouse is decorated to perfection and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and working perfectly and has a beautiful view on the mountains. We were able to park one of the cars in the large garage and everything worked great. Check in was easy as well. We would 1,000% stay here again in a heartbeat.
