“We stayed at Deer Valley East Bella Vista 10077 N Meer from Thursday, July 24 to Sunday, July 27, 2025 for a reunion with 4 couples and a few kids, and it couldn’t have been better. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy. It was clean, modern, and felt brand new. The location was perfect, just minutes from the lake, and the quiet neighborhood was gorgeous and scenic, ideal for walks. “Beautiful set up, clean space, fun for kids. Would definitely stay again! It would have been nice to have coffee pods for each adult for the morning so we didnt have to run out and grab it. Thanks for the great stay! ”

“Really nice modern home in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy access to town of Heber, Park City and Midway. Four women stayed here. We golfed and came home in the evening to a cool house with a nice area in the back yard to chat and relax. We didn’t cook any big meals but the kitchen is stocked with every type of appliance you would need. We all agreed to come back next year. It was great!”

“The place was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group. Everyone loved it. One minor glitch was a strange (mildew-like) smell that was in the Master bedroom closet for the first day and a half, but it went away with windows open and fans on before we needed to contact the owners. This was minor compared to our overall experience, and I'm definitely leaving the rating at 5 stars.”

“Easy entry and cleanliness of home. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. We were able to do many activities. Park for kids was two blocks away. We especially appreciated the use of the garage. A couple of minor issues: bathtub drained slowly in hall bath. A few lightbulbs were burned out. We had plenty of towels, shower products; I forgot to pack mine. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very clean and comfortable. If we come again, I would choose to stay in this house. ”
