"Imagine a perfect lakeside getaway: Picture yourself relaxing by the firepit, watching the sun paint the sky with hues of orange and pink as it sets over the tranquil water. You can moor your boat right behind the house, ready for leisurely rides or fishing expeditions.

Inside, you'll find a spacious retreat with four bedrooms and three baths, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The fully appointed kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, and the garage game room with a TV offers entertainment for all ages.

Step outside onto the covered deck, where an outdoor kitchen awaits your culinary creations. There's ample room for everyone to dine or simply relax and take in the breathtaking views. This is the perfect setting for a memorable lakeside vacation with family and friends.
Need a place to stay before our after your wedding at The Barn at Fawn Hollow? We are approximately 10 minutes down the road.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!!!

What a beautiful house to kick back and relax! Great location with only being a short drive from Heber Springs. Any shopping our supplies you may need are close. The house is VERY CLEAN. We had several kids with us, ranging from 2-13. The house fit us very well. Very kid friendly with the game room and a large deck that has gates on the entrances. The outdoor kitchen was a hit! We spent most of our time enjoying the views from the deck. Even when the temps were hot, the deck was comfortable with nice shade and plenty of ceiling fans. The host was very quick to respond with any questions I had. There is plenty of room for parking with a boat. The road leading to the house has recently been paved. The road is a bit narrow and steep. Use caution while traveling and you'll have no issues. We will return as we have found our new vacation home! Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home! Recommend 10/10 to stay here!

Amazing Lake Property!

I’ve stayed at several properties around Heber and this is by far my favorite. It is tucked away on a wooded hill side with a beautiful lake view and access. The property is immaculate and well designed for large parties. You can tell the owners have put a lot of their heart and soul into making this a unique experience for their guest. The kitchen and living room is spacious and comfortable. By far my favorite area where we spent most of our time was the large outdoor deck that included an outdoor kitchen, that was covered and included two TVs and a bar. I cannot say enough about this property.
