“I booked this place for a guy’s fishing trip, and it couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived, we could tell the place was well taken care of—super clean, comfortable, and ready for us to relax and enjoy. The private dock was absolutely perfect; we were able to fish right off it all day long no need to even leave the property.The host was fantastic—very communicative and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in to see how things were going. “We visited Heber Springs area with family and friends and stayed at this property for 4 days which we enjoyed a lot. Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. Host had a lot of games and children books available which was great. Property is well situated within minutes drive to lake, groceries, fishing, tracking, marinas and beaches. We found the home well cleaned……

“The house is in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood on the River…. The pictures are accurate of the property The house could use a Major Spring cleaning… the front entry and door is in bad need of a scrubbing and we went to sit on the lounge chairs on the back deck and they were very dirty with dirt/dust and cob webs and leaves on them The deck needs a good washing down also The beds are hard and not comfortable for our taste ”

“My.girlfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway that wasn't to far from home. Even though it rained all week and we didn't get to enjoy the outside, we had an amazing time inside. The house had all the comforts of home you could ask for. The property owner was very friendly and solved any problems we may have had. Looking forward to a return visit,”

“The property was great. Nice location , boat dock was very convenient. The house was clean and spacious. We did have an issue checking in. The doors were locked so we had to contact VRBO because we could not get in touch with the owners. It was an honest mistake but kind of a bummer after 10 hours of travel and groceries in the vehicle. Another suggestion would be for the closets to have some hangers for cloths. The closet was spacious but without hangers so we could not hang anything.……

“Beautiful Fay Jones designed home in the wilderness of Eden Island just outside Heber Springs. Upon entry, you experience how the home is crafted with nature. Unique designs, awesome experience, and well kept property considering its delicacies. The master bed seemed new, but not king size as I thought advertiaed. Maybe just a quick listing update ;)Thanks for sharing this once in a lifetime masterpiece!”

“We had 3 adults and 7 children from 1 1/2 to 11. We enjoyed the swing in the front yard. The trail to the beach and sitting and watching the kids play in the water. We hiked trails and saw waterfalls nearby. We visited the fish hatchery and spent the afternoon at the local beach. It was a great escape. The home is absolutely wonderful. Everything you need is provided and a sweet bottle of wine was waiting. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the water toys. ”
