“This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. “Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. “Save yourself. Don’t stay here. Why bother, absent some magical notification you won’t have a place anyway. Arrived to the property and people were unexpectedly there. The place was not ready to be rented and the excuse was ‘we didn’t get a notification’ I rented this place because it said it allowed for events. The entire event was ruined. Vrbo could not re-find a place last minute. I reached out to be compensated for the thwarted plan -a legally defendable compensation- and it spun……
