“Wir haben eine Nacht im Loft verbracht, Anbindung durch Bus an den Hbf sowie Richtung Schleyerhalle sehr gut.
Quasi nebenan befindet sich REWE und in wenigen Gehminuten sind einige Lokalitäten erreichbar.
Der Check-In lief selbsterklärend und schnell. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Für die nächste Veranstaltung in Stuttgart werden wir definitiv wieder hier her kommen! ”

“Hallo zusammen!Es ist eine kleine sehr saubere FeWo. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite ältere Dame und hat für Probleme und Anregungen ein offenes Ohr. Ich kann es nicht nachvollziehen, wie manche Gäste eine dermaßen negative Beurteilung abgeben können. Von meiner Seite her gab es überhaupt nichts negatives zu beanstanden.Mein Aufenthalt vom 26.12.2024 - 031.01.2025 war echt Spitze. Diese FeWo kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Frau Knittel und bleiben Sie gesund.”

“Brera Apartments are a brandnew property. There is still some construction going on, but the bother is negligable and the property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although you do get checked in through a link in an email. The rooms are clean and comparable to hotel rooms in the USA. “Der Check-in war super unkompliziert und unsere Gastgeber sehr nett. Die Gegend war Ende Mai wirklich sehr schön und das "Dorf", das etwas außerhalb von Aspach liegt, wunderbar ruhig.Die Haushälfte war sehr sauber, auf dem Balkon war es sehr angenehm zu essen oder um einfach zu sitzen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, wir waren zwei Nächte da und haben an beiden gekocht; mir hat es da an nichts gemangelt.Wir kommen gerne wieder, um einfach mal auszuspannen :)”

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche ist alles Vorhanden was man zum Kochen braucht. Gemütliche Couch, fast jedes Zimmer mit Balkon.
Der Kaffee im Apartment ist im Preis inbegriffen, müsste nur Täglich aufgefüllt werden. So lang ich in Stuttgart bin werde ich dieses Apartment, wenn es frei ist immer wieder buchen.
Ich kann es jedem zu 100% empfehlen.”

"I drive to the hotel，they charge me for parking at check in.when i drive back at 8pm, the parking lot is full. I mentioned about it when i check out,but still get charged for parking at the invoice.so if you drive,choose another hotel"
