“The stay here is excellent, the room is clean, comfy decoration, with everything needs for a single stay. Kitchenware is more than sufficient, the bathroom is big and the mirror is super good for makeup. While the bed is the best I found in my three weeks Europe trip, but the pillow could be improved. “Wir waren über Silvester ein paar Tage in dem Haus in Neuss. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, optimal sind die vielen Schlafzimmer, die Sauna, der große Esstisch und die Lage (auch um mal nach Düsseldorf zu fahren). Alles ist gut abgestimmt und die Bäder sind auch top. Die zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief einwandfrei, sodass wir alle wichtigen Informationen sofort erhielten und bei Fragen schnell eine Antwort bekamen. Wohnung ist sehr sauber ohne Mängel. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur telefonisch doch jeder Zeit erreichbar. Umgebung ist wie angegeben recht schnell alles erreichbar. A special thank you to the receptionist (I think his name is Punak) for his kindness when I needed it most following a long flight and a cancellation to my connecting flight, I really appreciate it.
