“Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!”

“No room to park even a small trailer at bottom of driveway. Boat parking IS allowed overnight at the Anderson County launch ramp. ”

“This cute little ranch is nicely updated inside. My family and I enjoyed our stay while visiting the area. The boys enjoyed the ping-pong table and TV on the lower level. Beds were very comfortable and although we did not cook, the kitchen is super cute! Would stay here again if ever backed down in Knoxville.”

“Lovely home overlooking beautiful view of the inlet and lake. Two porches to enjoy -- one is screened. Very clean and didn't smell like dog! Super quiet and remote neighborhood.”

“The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in……

“Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. ”

“This property is exactly as described. We stayed with 5 adults and 3 children. The home was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep as well as gather together. Plenty of kitchen supplies available for the family meals.
