“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. “The house although old and in need of repairs is cute. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable & the bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms were clean.
