I really liked the hotel and the staff. We needed an extra bed and they got the roll in bed maneuvered in there. It was a tight fit but they did it for us and didn't make me feel like a bother.

Check in guy was great. Breakfast was ok. No elevator is super weird. But ultimately I chose this hotel for the pool, which was ice cold - not swimmable at all. Will have to find somewhere else for my trips through.

The staff was friendly and well versed in apologizing. We asked for a couple of extra towels they had none. When we asked for wash clothes we were given hand towels and told there were none. We asked twice both times no clean towels no wash clothes. The room was dirty try cleaning corners filthy. Trim was missing exposing the edges of the flooring. Screen was broken, we used the hideabed and when we opened it beer bottle caps fell out and it needed vacuumed. Under the furniture needed cleaned. unfortunately I booked a non refundable room or I would have left the day we checked in when they were complaining about not having clean rooms to rent . The pool was cold and there was so much chemical in the hot tub it looked like a bubble bath. For a no smoking facility when the cleanin staff was present the smell of weed being smoked and going through the hallway was disgusting. Lets not forget the noise and when I complained Iwas told they had young people that like to party.

The staff at the front desk were all friendly and we didn’t have any problems with them, but the facility itself was dated and worn down and our room wasn’t really that clean. The sheets were clean and the air conditioner worked great which was a huge plus, but we found the bed to be a little lumpy and uncomfortable, and the carpet Leading up the stairs was disgusting. I took my daughter swimming at the swimming pool and although the swimming pool facility was clean and stocked with towels, it too, was outdated and dingy. Overall, for the price that we paid I was not impressed with the stay. Our usual place we stay at in this town was booked, so we were left with few options and this experience confirmed why we do not stay at other places besides our favorite hotel.

Access to the room from the parking lot was poor. Thew girl that checked us in (Melissa) was quite rude and needs to relax and take control of a bad situation before it escalates. She told us that she had no rooms when what she meant was that she had no rooms ready. The customer in front of us walked out upset. However, the other girl on duty was great as well as the person who checked us out was great.

It is a older hotel which is OK, but it was not very clean. something goopy on the bathroom door, smears of something on the walls, dirt & mold in the corners of the bathroom etc. Plenty of lighting in parking lot which was good as there were people out there doing drugs. Just a unsafe neighborhood. Would not go back again

This property lacks ataff that cares about the hotel. The pool room was filthy. The lamp shade in our room had what looked to be blood splattered on the inside the tub looked as if it had not been scrubbed in weeks. Just a horrible experience. We had no towels in our room when i asked for towela i was told it would be an hour they just put them in dryer. The housekeepers walked around with basketball shorts a vape in hand hat backwards lacked professionalism

We spoke with the manager as the first TWO rooms we were offered were VERY dirty (vomit on sheets - 1st room, and black speckled stuff on sheets - 2nd room / both rooms had very dirty unclean floors) The third room was an upgrade but the floors were so dirty I asked for a vacuum and did it myself. There was food all over, several elastics and straws in plain site on the floor. The carpet in the hotel walking around was not clean either - staff/manager said they had a change of staff. We also found pills on the floor - we had a child with us so that did not feel good. We booked this place as it was 1 of 2 hotels with a pool. We did not use it - if the hotel wasn't clean we didn't trust the waters. The breakfast was standard but we were so turned off by the cleanliness that we didn't eat and left almost as soon as we woke. Will not go back ourselves. Hope they can find better cleaning staff.
