Silver Lakes Association is nestled in the quiet oasis of the Mojave River Valley, located in Southern California. The community offers a 27-hole championship golf course, two shimmering lakes, sandy beaches, shady parks, an equestrian center, tennis courts, fine dining, fitness facilities and miles of scenic landscape.

You will need a car to stay at this home.

Parking Instructions:
2 car driveways with street parking directly in front of the house.

**Silver Lakes HOA provides 4 guest passes to use the following HOA owned amenities:

- Beautiful 27-hole championship golf course: winter hours 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. (approx. November 1 thru March 15)

Summer hours 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. (approx. March 16 thru October 31).

- North Beach: located on North Lake, enjoy the playground, grassy area, and covered area with BBQ grills. Hours 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

- South Beach: located on South Lake, enjoy the playground, grassy area, and covered area with BBQ grills. Hours 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

- Tennis Courts: located in the community club house, there are 4 tennis courts

- Pickleball Courts: located in the community club house, there are 3 pickleball courts, please call-in advance to book

- Bocce Ball: located in the community club house, please call-in advance to book

- Olympic Sized Pool and Jacuzzi: located in the community club house

- Hartford Park: enjoy the playground area and basketball courts. Hours 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.

- Youth Room: located in the community club house

There are other local community businesses open to all: Silver Lakes Restaurant and Lounge, Adelita's Mexican Restaurant, Bosko Asian Fusion Restaurant, Sushi Plus Japanese Restaurant, C&C Kountry Breakfast Restaurant, Native Coffee, Silver Lakes Market, Dempsey's Irish Pub, and more.

*Please note there is a pontoon docked that is the owners and is not for guests use.

Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) We do not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash - Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.

(6) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.

(7) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open and the cover off more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in pipes freezing - if a user error or maintenance is found or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund.

(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time.
