Rural house located in the southeast of Albacete, in the municipality of Hellín, near the provincial limit with Murcia, in a natural environment surrounded by a wild mall, fruit trees, olive trees, jinjoleros, fig trees, etc.
It is an old farmhouse, typical architecture of the southern area of Albacete, restored with great care and enthusiasm to turn it into a nice and cozy rural accommodation.
This farmhouse worked as such until the eighties while retaining all its original appearance with the so-called "revoltones", wooden beams, stone walls and plaster, wooden windows, Castilian type grills, fireplace built with stone from the area, walls painted in old colors, kitchen and bathroom with wooden platform, decoration with rural equipment and farm implements, etc.
