The space
The apartment is 104 sqm all located on the 13th floor. The building was completed in 2021 and boasts all modern comforts.

Free parking available in the shared garage. Probably the only garage parking with sea views in Helsinki.
Other shared areas include a laundry room with commercial washing machines and dryers, garden with kids’ playground, large sauna with sea access (can be booked upon request), boat and swimming dock, and gym equipped with weights and bikes. There is also bicycle and pram storage available on the ground floor.
