“We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.”

“Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage.”

“Overall a very good stay, however, the bathroom floors really need a good clean. Beds are a bit creeky and not great for light sleepers or fidgets. Area very quiet and beach very special. The sunset at Bedruthan Steps is a must see. ”

“We stayed at Beagle Cottage in March for 4 nights with our 2 dogs- what a lovely house, really spectacular views, great garden and really well equipped kitchen and amenities.We loved sitting in the sunny living space, we were able to sit in the garden overlooking Bude and the coast, the beds were comfy & cosy.The local pub is great (booking advised!) and it’s really conveniently located for Bude and the surrounding destinations.We will be back! ”

“This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location and also a hot tub awaits you!Myself , husband and little dog had a wonderful time . Five mins down the road is Rock where you can pick up the ferry to Padstow which takes minutes and is a great day out, beaches are a minimum of 15 mins drive and are stunning, the pub up the road is fantastic so no need to cook ! Hugh, the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We have definitely found our……
